🌿Shipping: Sometimes the calculated shipping is overestimated, especially when ordering multiple items. If this is the case, we will promptly refund overcharges. We only charge actual shipping, never handling fees!
We use recycled shipping materials at times.

Custom and personalized orders
All items listed are in stock and ready to ship! What you see is exactly what you will receive. If you have a special request, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate!
Gift wrapping and packaging
We take great care in packaging each of our items so they arrive to you safely. We sometimes use recycled boxes and packing materials.
Misc. Info
We admit it... we are perfectionists, and we pride ourselves in excellent customer service. If you are unsure about a particular item, or if you have any questions, please let us know before placing your order. We are more than happy to email additional pictures so you can see every angle!
Additional shipping info
We only ship through the USPS using Priority Mail or First Class. Packages can be mailed daily, Monday through Friday. We aim for a processing time of 1-2 business days after the order is received, unless it is a special request. We will always try to combine shipping for multiple items when size and shape permits.
Insurance is always included up to $50 with Priority Mail. If you would like additional coverage, please let us know.
If you live in an apartment building that does not accept packages, please supply us with an address that will. We cannot be responsible for packages left unattended at your door or in a lobby.
